Baby Spinach + Mushroom over Quinoa
- 2 veggie patties, dr. Praeger’s Black Bean Quinoa
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, baby bellas
- 2 cups of loosely packed spinach, baby spinach
- Cook dr. Praeger’s Black Bean Quinoa veggie burgers per the directions on the package.
- Once the patties are almost done add in spinach and mushrooms.
- Add in seasonings of your choice. Cover.
I used black pepper, turmeric, basil, and a touch of sea salt
- Let simmer for 4 minutes. Then, enjoy!
